Due strict health guidelines and social distancing rules in our warehouse we may experience small dispatch delays from time to time. We apologise for any delays or inconvenience caused. If there are any dispatch delays with your order our will notify you be email.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel and shipping is calculated upon checkout. Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.
When you enter your delivery postcode during the checkout process, our system will determine whether your address is in a Metro or Non Metro area and will consider the dimensions and quantities of the products you have chosen. This information is provided to Australia Post and the shipping cost is then quoted upon checkout.
Standard Order Dispatch:
- Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched same business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 10am.
- Bulky products will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from placing your order.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the Australia Post website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
- Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australia wide.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
- The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.
- All items are held in stock at our warehouse with the only exceptions being where a product is labelled “Out of Stock”. This indicates that this product is not in stock. Please contact us to enquire when stock will be available for this product.
Delivery will usually take between 3 and 10 days depending on your location, however some items may take longer to get to you during busy periods or public holidays. Incorrect Addresses and RMA Orders
We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing.
Please note: if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address or decline to accept, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up.
Please note Pretty and Play will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

- Orders must ship to the billing address for the credit card being used.
- The only acceptable form of payment for international orders are credit card, or PayPal.
- All international orders ship via Australia Post International freight service. Delivery cost are based on weight, dimensions, and value. Delivery time varies due to customs.
- All duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- All orders must be prepaid before they are despatched.
- All prices listed are in Australian dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your credit card statement.
- All shipping is paid by the person purchasing product or products. All special shipping requirements will be added to your charges.
- When you enter your address in our checkout form, the website will offer you an immediate shipping quote for Australia Post international freight. If you decide to proceed with the order, you will be charged for the items and the shipping method that you have chosen when you complete the order. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. Pretty and Play is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
